“It was completely the wrong phone! I was searching deals for the Samsung Galaxy S24 5G on Money Supermarket. I settled on deal I liked best and hit the "View Deal" link. It took me through to your website, where I proceeded to fill in my details and make the purchase. I didn't however, double check all the phone details... Not only had it changed the actual phone to the S24 FE (which do not want), but it had also changed it the colour and changed from a 256GB model, to a 128GB model! Needless to say I wasn't at all amused the following day when it arrived (especially as I had to leave work to be at home for the delivery. And then go back to work after spending literally ages, trying to find details to be able to contact someone to assist! Your website isn't particularly user friendly if / when a customer needs to discuss a problem with customer services. But then no company seems to actually care about their customers anymore. Once they've had their money, they genuinely couldn't give a tiny hoot! And if there are problems, they like to make it as difficult as possible for someone to lodge a complaint).
After being told it was my fault, and that I ordered the wrong phone, I tried to re-order the phone that I thought that I'd ordered in the first place... Only to find that it wasn't me at all (even though, yes, I should've double checked all the info before proceeding with the purchase). But the link takes me through to the incorrect model. After contacting Money Supermarket (also not straightforward), it appears that the deal had been removed... But there was clearly a massive breakdown in communication between yourselves and Money Supermarket. Either way, no one actually cares that I wasted maybe 5-6 hours of my life. And I still don't have the phone I want!
