“Extremely disappointed as was sold this phone under false pretences. Was told by mobiles.co.uk that the phone was brand new in box not opened only returned and when it came it wasn’t in an iPhone box, there was no earphones, no instructions or manual for the phone and it wasn’t covered by protective plastic.”
“I really love the phone. The fact that you can access files straight from your laptop is a game changer. I love the facial recognition... but it does tend to freeze and sometimes the screen flickers! Something I never encountered with my iPhone 5S. I'm unsure if this is going to last as long as my previous phone.”
