“Not entirely happy with the phone, it tends to crash and freeze a lot even after updates, also stuck in a predicament as the phone is isolated to the carphone warehouse, I cannot get the phone fixed anywhere but the carphone warehouse, after some accidental damage it is going to cost £170 just for a screen repair. I wish I had now gone for iPhone 8 where I can buy repair and handle any issues more easily.”
