“The company didn't deliver the mobile to me at all whilst their distributor notified me that the item will be sent immediately after I made the order. I called the company and they kept transferring me to many different customer service. Some of them said the mobile was out of stock and the last one said it is in stock. That call to cancel cost me 90 mins hanging on the phone. I finally cancelled my order and then saw their web changed the item to "out of stock".”
“Absolutely loved this phone until I tried to charge it for the first time and it wouldn't charge. Disappointed is an understatement! I'm waiting for a reply off mobiles.co.uk to hopefully remedy this so that I can come back with a 5 star review as I did enjoy the user experience setting it up. I came from an old iphone 5c and felt the iPhone's were too highly priced but worried I wouldn't get on with an android phone as iOS was so simple to use. However that was not the case, it was simple and easy to use with some fun features like squeeze.”
