“The phone is good but the service of mobiles.co.uk is definitely not recommended. The phone has not connected to Vodafone as it should (after 6 days) and mobiles.co.uk tell me to wait another 2 days to see if it does before calling their overseas call centre back at 10p a minute. Yes I would recommend the phone but maybe from a better provider than mobiles.co.uk.”
“I didn't receive my smartphone at all. I strongly suggest to choose a different shipping company than DPD. Their quality of service, customer care and everything connected with them it's just appalling.
Due to the weather they sent me an email stating the delivery was scheduled for the 4th of Marc. Since my office is literally next door their warehouse, I tried to contact them via phone, facebook, twitter and via their support page asking to collect it by myself. I got a reply only 26h later my enquiry (even if the support automated email ensured the answer would come within 24h) saying they cannot deliver the parcel due to the weather. In Edinburgh the alert has been lowered to yellow, bus, trucks, and deliveries happens everyday and I don't believe to their lame excuse.
If and once I will manage to get my hands on my phone I will put a review for that.”
