“After just over 4 weeks the phone stopped working and after 2 weeks of it being with the Car phone warehouse service division it was returned not working stating it have been taking out of service due to being lost or stolen.
Thankfully the manager at the Brentwood store went out of his way to sort and a replacement is expected to be delivered tomorrow
Why was I not informed of this prior to going to the store to collect what I thought was a repaired phone?
