“This has been the most dreadful experience, this mobile hasn't arrived in 11 days, when it was confirmed to arrive next day after placing the order. Every day is a battle with the shipping company, ultimately they ended loosing the phone, then found it again, send it to the Midlands then back to Leeds. It has arrived, -- but to the wrong house !!!. And the network started charging from a phone that I don't have. I won't recommend anyone to buy from Mobiles.co.uk I would rather spend more money and save all this waste of time.”
