“I am not tech-savvy (look at my date of birth ) so it is taking time for me to get used to the new phone. Perhaps keep in mind that some of my generation, though needing a mobile, are not up to speed with even the simplest of operations. A guide for the perplexed might help, with even the simplest of tasks such as getting all the apps on the screen, swiping, etc. It sounds so basic, but we older people need this kind of help if we are to feel confident. The phone itself is very smart- if on;ly I could use it confidently from the start! I have to rely on my daughter who lives 150 miles away to get me going.

“The draw backs of this phone is that ads keep popping up on the phone and the Battery life isnt great. Otherwise excellent. For a new gen and sophisticated phone. This should not be the case been that 9 and 9plus are samsungs latest versions. Pros are it has a fast processor hardware fast and is very user friendly. If not for the draw backs This would have been excellent. My rating of Acceptable is constructive criticism for improvement as i am an electircal, electronics and mico electronics engineer and incharge of Quality. thank you”
