“Upgraded from a pre-smart 'clockwork phone to the S9. Beautiful phone to look at and a ton of features. Can't use it properly as the transfer of data (contacts and texts) is beyond what EE or Vodaphone or Car Phone Warehouse can do or advise. Android to Android takes seconds. Had this phone a week and no further forward from the 'experts!? Working out that Smartphones are not smart at all - they are clever and massively time-consuming. 4/5 is a fair mark for just the phone. Set-up will take you days with all the nuances.”
