“I cannot fault the qualities of the phone or the speed with which it was delivered and set up with O2.
However when I tried to enable the phone for WiFi calling and 4G this couldn't be done because of the software preloaded in the 9S, neither O2 or Mobiles UK could assist. O2 advised me to cancel the contract which I tried to do only to be told that if a SIM had been inserted I waived my right to cancel the contract despite it only being in my possession for two days.
This has totally ruined the experience and I am shocked that through uSwitch and Mobiles.co.uk I was sold a phone that was not 100% compatible with my chosen network.
