“The phone itself is fine but I used the company partly because their price was reasonable and partly because my brother recommended them. They are now disputing the referral and to be quite honest, I am not only thinking of cancelling but at this stage I couldn’t possibly recommend the company as I am a very busy man but on a point of principle I have had to take quite a bit of time out emailing but with little or no responses from their supposed customer service.”
