“Bought this due to excellent online reviews. Had iPhones and Windows phones before, first android phone (own an android tab). The phone seems sluggish, responds to commands more slowly than you would expect. Even the scrolling action is jittery (like scrolling between contacts, emails etc). Some features (like text/email) are not intuitive. For example if you go back to the home screen and than go to texts it opens on the last message you said or read not at a list of the messages. If you have a new message coming in it takes too many clicks to get to. The screen is brilliant, the battery lasts longer than expected. On the downside the typing is difficult and the predictive text on both iOS and windows phone 8 were way better.”

Said they were under the impression it was for exchange, but now he will rectify the information and will confirm the receipt of the phone and will cancel the contract and a re fund will be made, this will take two>three days to complete. If needed then to call them back.
