“Thankfully the phone is very similar to my previous Galaxy S3. I was really pleased to find that the keypad has numbers on the same window as the letters, which makes input so much easier... it took so long to switch between the numbers and letters on the S3. My only niggle is that none of my WhatsApp conversations could be transferred between the handsets, and consequently I lost lots of information that I had hoped would be transferable. Other personal information in my texts and contacts transferred easily, as did all my other apps. On the whole I'm delighted with my purchase.”
“I was very disappointed to find out on my first bill that the monthly price quoted in the advert was excluding VAT which was not something that showed in the advert at the time of my purchase so I feel slightly mislead. But you live and learn.”

I don't find the phone always easy to use...have to ask younger family members to help...but I'm old, not brought up with these devices.Having said that I do like the phone.”
“Takes a bit of getting used to after having an iPhone for years. Feels very light and a bit "flimsy", but well pleased with it overall. Still learning how to use all it's functions properly, but not disappointed so far. I think it will be a brilliant phone when I get really familiar with android os.”
