“Great price. Easy to follow website and order process. The only annoyance was the delivery. When I selected a delivery date, the next day, Friday 3rd, showed as an option. As I had a day off and would be home, I chose that. Later that day, I received an order confirmation as well as an email asking for a review and an email from O2 billing from the 5th. On 3rd, I received an email saying delivery would be Monday the 6th when I would be at work and not at my home address. Had I known delivery would be the 6th, I could have had the delivery at work. I was only able to change the delivery DATE on the website and not the ADDRESS. The website should not have shown Friday as being a viable delivery date if they couldn't deliver next day. There should also have been an option to have the phone delivered to an alternative address. Luckily I was working from home on Thursday 9th so the delay wasn't too bad but this sort of thing means people end up paying for a phone prior to actually receiving it which is unsatisfactory.”
