Deal was the cheapest on the Internet I have been a customer with o2 for a number of years and they could even price match the deal closet they could get was £36. And that was for 2G of data rather than 5. Don't know how's use do it. Customer service was excellent. Phone arrived the next day. Percent one happy customer.

“When buying a reburbed phone you have to beware it might go and then you get an email saying "out of stock, will be in touch in 7 days". Then the only way to get in touch with them to either cancel your order or try to change it is via phone which has long holding times whilst charging you 10p per minute. The live chat just redirects you to actions or FAQs. Anyway sorted it in the end but after about 25 minutes on the phone including hold times.”
