“An excellent phone. Exactly what I was expecting and I was not disappointed. I got a very good contract deal by buying a refurbished phone from mobiles.co.uk.
Excellent service from them with the only problem being a wrong type of sim card sent with the phone.
This did in fact cause me quite a few problems. My local O2 shop happily swapped it for the correct sim and transferred my contacts from the old phone. I thought that was it but soon realised that I had not in fact done a migration of the old number. O2 were phoned and they did this....or rather the thought they did. One week later and no ability to use the phone as a phone finally after several calls and much googling, an O2 online Guru realised that the code number on the back of my sim was not the same as the one Mobiles.co.uk had provided. Eventually following another visist to my local O2 shop the matter was resolved but to be honest if I had not been on the ball and continued to badger O2 I do not know how long this would have taken to resolve.”
“Over all I found the phone quite good but the battery needs charging every day, subject to what apps are running in the background, apart from that I was quite happy with my purchase from Mobiles to go.”
