“Placed order on Saturday evening via the website. There was a problem with the card details I provided so had to call up on Monday morning to re-confirm the details. Call was answered quickly and dealt with efficiently by someone friendly. Phone then arrived on the Tuesday in the time slot stated.
I got a great deal (saved £5 per month compared to same call package on carphone warehouse) plus received cash back via one of the cash back websites!
