And the camera is excellent I have taken photos of my cat to share with my friends and it is just what I wanted.
The reception is also very good in my area.”
“I've had the most awful experience with your company. Although my phone arrived as expected, I couldn't seem to fit the sim card in it, so had to wait for another one, which was activated in an O2 store. I later received Notices of Service Restriction from O2, which completely perplexed me, and necessitated making numerous phonecalls to O2. After I received notice of yet another large deduction from my bank account, it was discovered that I was paying for two phone accounts, although I had not been advised that I needed to inform O2 of any changes. This means that, by the time I'm able to transfer over my number (as it should have been done in the first place!!), I will have overpaid for my first contract by an extra two months. Further frustration ensued when I rang Mobiles.co.uk Customer Services, where three seperate workers refused to put me through to someone in charge - a manager or supervisor. We went round and round in circles, with me growing more frustrated and finally having to save myself from that madness/deadlock/impasse by hanging up three times. “Staff at mobiles.co.uk are very helpful, but when I had a problem and had to go to the Carphone Warehouse the staff there were not helpful at all, and basically accused me of causing the fault on the phone. Luckily the people at mobiles.co.uk replaced the handset without any fuss, thank you.”
“A very good phone. Could of been even better if it had the slightly more powerful processor fitted. Windows 8.1 and Lumia denim work well. Easy to use with some great features. Here maps and guidance among the very best mapping apps on any device, driving walking or public transport, they do it all. There are lots of nice features and the software is very stable compared with android. Camera takes good pictures and videos. Like the built in pedometer too. Screen is clear. Only minus point is its a little uncomfortable to hold and I think the usb port would have been better on the bottom of the phone, not that I use it much as the wireless charging is the way forward. For the amount I am paying no other phone comes close to it in value for money, a absolute steal! Thank you Carphone warehouse!”
