“Great deals but very poor customer service. Contact number is a high rate number and had cost in region of £15 in calls just to sort out errors by this company. Was spoken to like an idiot once they had the sale and even after complaining I was treated like very poorly and told there was nothing they could do to compensate. Would not recommend this company would or rather used an alternative company.”
“This is my 1st phablet, and on the subject of size I'm amazed at how soon the Note 4 felt so normal in my hand. I am using it just as I did my predecessor the HTC one x. As for the functionality of my note 4. Supreme, effortless, beautiful. The camera is exceptional. Bright,vivid pictures. I've had iPhones in the past and they are noted for their simplicity in using apps. However the Note 4 simplifies so many actions it's a sheer joy to operate. I didn't get the usual full guide with my Note 4. Just a quick guide and I was a little apprehensive on how to get the best from my phablet. The Note 4 helps you with getting the most from it. I haven't had the opportunity to use the stylus properly but the little I have gleaned is quite exciting.”
