“I was one of the unfortunate customers to be told my phone was out of stock and I would be contacted in 7 days time! After reading reviews I was on the brink of cancelling my order, to go to a competitor for next day delivery. A couple of days later I tried the chat function, hidden away in the support section. This worked well and after I suggested an alternative colour my order was dispatched and happily received the next morning. Appreciate you guys need to run a tight ship but 1. You need better stock management and 2. when that department fails and your customer service department gets harassed, you'll need a proactive service team and offer us alternatives. i don't care if my phone is silver or grey. If you need someone to sort your business out, I am available ;) anyway I got my phone so all is good.”
“It's gorgeous! Beautiful looking, bright readable screen, comes with a plastic back to protect it, sounds as good as you could possibly expect from a smartphone. I guess I'm locked into Android the way others are locked into Apple because it's so cool when all my apps, music and contacts just load up as soon as I give the phone my Google name and password. Battery life with normal use seems to be three to four days which is impressive. My only moan, which is a common one, is the placing of the headphone socket at the bottom of the phone rather than the top.”
