“New phone had a button missing so was obviously not checked before it was shipped. This is even more important seeing as the phone was a refurbished item. Clearly no checking is carried out despite the website saying that it is. Asked for the return to take place on an afternoon. Agreed it over the phone only to be given a morning so had to take another day off work. Would have preferred to drop off the fault phone at the DPD depot but this wasn't possible either. A pretty poor experience so will not be using them again.”
