Unfortunately, even though the production process is completely out of our hands, we always try to keep our customers informed about their orders, which is why we reached out to you on 11/07 to inform you about the delay, advising that at that point, the dresser was estimated to be shipped to you around late December, and it was actually shipped on 12/13, ahead of that estimate!
We also see order inquiries from you via email and several calls that our customer team answered where we were ready and available to provide any updates, as soon as we had received responses from DaVinci's team, who handled the production and shipping directly.
We know it must have been really disappointing to wait another couple of weeks after you originally anticipated to receive this dresser, which is why we provided an update a month before your dresser was due to ship - to make sure you had enough time to make any changes to your order before it went out, as we diligently monitor all of our orders and provide timely updates to our customers.
We appreciate your loyalty, and we are certain this dresser will make your nursery a very special place for your little one!
