“I ordered this dresser for baby’s room and I knew the delivery date was a month out. The dresser came at the end of October as expected. But when we tried putting it together it was missing a part. We requested a replacement part and they mentioned there were about a dozen people that reported the same missing part and the missing part would ship at the end of November. Then I received another update towards the end of November that the part wouldnt ship until Dec 2-5. It’s now Dec 6th and I have no communication about the part being delivered. If I would have known I wouldnt be able to assemble the dresser until the end of December, 2 months after originally expected, I wouldnt have purchased it. Of course they are sticking to their “no returns” policy so it looks like we’ll be putting together a dresser after baby gets here which is annoying. Terrible customer service. Will not purchase this brand or from this website ever again.”
