“Not impressed with this dresser. Put together exactly as directions stated. One side is centimeters off in measurement because all the drawers on one side fall out of the tracks and land in the drawer below. Do not waste your money.”

“The dresser size is great. Good height and the drawers are spacious. Assembly took about 90 minutes for my husband and I. The one drawback is that there was a strong chemical smell for the first week until I washed it down with vinegar. I thought with the Greenguard Gold Certification I wouldn’t have this problem, but it took probably 3 soaks over about 3 days, but it’s much better now.”

The manufacturer confirmed that occasionally, a product may get packaged before it has had time to completely cure, and the curing process usually takes around 3-4 weeks. During this time, the product might emit a smell which should dissipate once the curing process is complete.
We're glad to hear that vinegar helped as well, but you can rest assured all of their products are ultra-safe and they use paint that is lead, phthalate, and formaldehyde safe. :)
