“I am soooo upset! The top of the dresser is damaged and so is the bottom exposed portion of the dresser. I’m very disappointed! This is suppose to be a new piece of furniture and it looks like I got it from a yard sale with the damages.”
“The dresser looks really nice, some of the board were slightly damaged - but it was facing the back so we just used it but wish everything came completely undamaged. The drawers don't sit exactly as they should, but overall it looks good.”

We're thrilled you're loving your dresser but we're so sorry to hear some of the parts were delivered damaged. Shipping damage is unfortunately out of our control, but we always want our customers to be 100% taken care of and never advise them to perform assembly with damaged parts as we'd never want to put you through the trouble of taking it apart!
If you would like to receive brand new parts for any affected pieces of your dresser, please provide us with images of the external packaging and damage to the parts, identify the affected parts and confirm your dresser's serial number and we can assist with that ASAP!
