The first son had all sorts of issues with damages and it took three dressers and months to make it right. The second son was sent the wrong color and now is told that the color they ordered is out of stock and they have to wait another month.”
Your concerns are absolutely valid! All DaVinci furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer and sometimes those items are damaged in transit, which can be incredibly frustrating. Although we do not have control over what UPS does with the box and whether they damage it or not, we absolutely do have control over how we can help if an item arrives damaged! In these cases we worked on your behalf every time with having replacement parts or items ordered free of charge, as many times as necessary in order to make things right. The only company who stocks DaVinci products and parts is DaVinci, so no matter who you order from, if an item arrives damaged and a replacement is out of stock, you will have to wait for the replacement or replacement parts to arrive from DaVinci. We are not the manufacturer but we are a retailer who works very hard to provide top notch customer service so that if a problem arises, you encounter minimal inconveniences.
