“The piece itself is gorgeous. I love the wood and it looks incredibly well-made. Changing it from one "version" to the other three looks pretty easy, though we have only assembled the crib at this point. I wouldn't say putting it together is incredibly easy. My husband and I are pretty good at assembling furniture but this one took a bit more time and willpower to understand the directions. When putting on the last front side of the crib, there are no guards to protect the bottom portion from scratching the bottom layer, so it's essentially inevitable to get a few scratches when putting on the final piece. We looked at it forever trying to understand how to avoid this but found nothing. There's also one portion where you have to feed a screw through a whole and get it to screw into another piece. The holes don't line up and it was maddening to try and figure out. We never did and will likely have to widen the hole.”
