“First of all, shipping took forever. The product was back ordered which I was aware of when purchasing. BUT, after waiting for over a month, the product arrived broken. The entire side to attach and screw into the crib was broken off! So frustrating! This rail was non refundable and I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to ship it back or wait another month for a replacement. My husband ended up glueing it and screwing it back together- which isn’t ideal obviously. Just a bummer to wait that long and receive a broken product!”
