“I originally left a review, I thought on this page but I couldn't find it. I wanted to give an update. My husband and I put together this crib and oh my goodness it is BEAUTIFUL! Exactly what we wanted. When we went to open and close the drawer it would get stuck and it was so loud, so I thought "great we can't open this when the baby is sleeping". My husband and I thought it was just one of those "safety features" so the baby cant open it or something. I did mention it in my originally review (again I can't seem to find it), saying that was the only thing I would complain about it. I still gave it 5 stars and everything because overall I was still pleased with the purchase. A few days later I got an email in regard to the review from a Modern Nursery rep saying they are working on contacting the manufacture to get this resolved, I was amazed! This company really cares about their customers, and goes above and beyond to make sure their products work good and the customer is happy. Anyways, long story short we are getting a replacement part in the mail soon to fix the drawer :)”
