“Do not buy from modern nursey, just order from the actual manufacturer. I have ordered 2 other pieces of furniture from namesake directly and they are great quality pieces, each arrived at my home within the same week. I ordered this dresser almost a month ago from modern nursery because it was on sale and regret not just ordering it from namesake, I shouldn’t have used this sale. My dresser has not been delivered and no one can tell me when it will get here other than it is still just “processing”. I received a call last week to set up an appointment for delivery and just received a call that that appointment is being cancelled with no rebooking since the item is still in processing. I wish there was some sort of update or better customer service, I am getting nervous that I got ripped off and this is not a real company.”

Your order was shipped directly from Namesake's facilities and due to the fact that the dresser comes preassembled, it is being shipped with White Glove delivery included. This delivery takes 2-4 weeks to be completed, and the carrier reaches out to schedule an appointment once the shipment reaches the nearest delivery terminal in your town.
We're so sorry to hear that the first delivery appointment was cancelled - even though we try to provide our customers with a seamless experience, some things like shipping and handling are out of our control. However, we will be glad to reach out to Namesake and see if a new appointment can be scheduled ASAP. We try our best to keep our customers informed about their orders, which is why we sent two emails about the shipping process of your order - on 11/27 and 12/3 so that we can be certain that you are aware of the shipping details.
We also see that your dresser was purchased during our Black Friday sale which is so wonderful, and we are so glad to have brought you the special discount, as we know how costly having a baby is, but that also meant it took a couple of weeks to be sent out directly from Namesake due to the volume of orders they received during the sale. The dresser was shipped your way via Namesake's delivery service as well, so whether you had purchased the dresser from them directly or from us, it's the same delivery company and nothing in the timeline would have changed, as much as we would have loved to have had it ship out to you sooner!
Our Customer Service Team was also keeping you informed via email and provided an answer within a few hours of reaching out, and we would've been glad to look into the delivery appointment issue if we were notified about this.
