We'd like to clarify our no-return policy - even though per our policy we do not accept returns of the furniture items, in case your order arrives damaged or defective, we'd just need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery and we'll be more than happy to assist by ordering replacement parts or a full replacement unit for you, depending on the extent of the damage. We just ask to be notified within 24 hours of receipt, since many of our freight carriers have a narrow window to submit damage claims.
