“My little guy arrives in February so I have yet to use the car seat but I have unboxed and examined it. The fabric is beautiful and high quality - it is, hands down, the softest fabric I have felt in and on a car seat. The car seat itself is far lighter than any of the other, more common brands I’ve tested with my other child (graco, Chicco). The customer service with modern nursery is really what I wanted to share..I, inadvertently, selected the wrong color car seat when placing my order and emailed modern nursery to see if anything could be done. Lada with their customer service team got back to me right away on a Saturday night and assured me I would receive the color I had meant to order. Sure enough, the granite car seat showed up a week later! She also sent a follow up email to check in after delivery. The car seat itself was shipped directly from nuna with a quality control seal on the box. Overall, I’m very happy with the seat so far and incredibly pleased with the responsiveness and great customer service Lada provided!”
“Let me start by saying my babies aren't here yet so I can't attest to actual use. With that being said, the car seat is beautiful and the materials used is very soft and machine washable. To change the incline on the car seat is super easy and the base isn't very wide which are nice features. I was a little surprised about how heavy the car seat itself felt, but I have picked up others that were much heavier. The car seat latches into the base very easily, which will come in very handy. The dream drape is easy to use. I will say that the car seat canopy is very nice, but it is fairly difficult to bring forward and put back into position behind the car seat. Overall the car seat seems like it will suit our needs well, there are just a few minor things I might change on it. With that being said, I do wonder if i should have went with the lite version as we are expecting twins and while 2lbs does not seem like a significant difference, when you are carrying two car seats, every pound counts, haha.”
