“This item got “lost” in the post. I had to make about 2 and a half hours of calls to find out where it was. The sales team told me it was with Royal Mail and Royal Mail told me they had the parcel and needed Modern Rugs to call them. When it eventually arrived a few weeks late sadly it didn’t look right and I had to return it.”
