“Worst service ever. Recieved the rug, didn't like it but then realised company doesn't offer returns so I would need to pay for it. Then had a family bereavement and had to go away for a couple of weeks so when I returned I had missed the returns date. I wrote to company explaining the situation including bereavement and their response was very abrupt, no mention of bereavement etc. No compassion whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, dont care about customers or service only money.”
