“The rug and your help was second to none , but your delivery service by U P S was shocking . First they had me waiting in all day and didn’t turn up , they rescheduled To another day and at 2-30 said it had been delivered . But it hadn’t and had been let in somebody else’s bin up the road . After talking to them to try to locate it they just said phone the supplier and tell them we have lost it . I did report it to your office and they told me it would be reported .”
