“Loved the style and the colouring it really looks lovely in my living room. However I'm not sure if it got wet or damp during packaging or delivery but there is persistent wet dog smell from around the corners, its really strong and we have tried all techniques to remove the stale odour, but I think the smell is there for good :(”

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. At the end of the manufacturing process, these rugs are treated with a protective liquid that helps preserve the colours in the yarn. The rug is then immediately rolled and bagged ready for transit. The smell can get trapped inside the bag during this process. It's nothing to worry about. Each of these rugs is treated the same way.
