“Ordered this rug to go under a dining table but ended up changed my mind due to the size. 2 weeks after ordering there was no up date on delivery so called and they stated couldn't cancel order as it was dispatched but hadnt sent confirmation. Took 4 weeks, 6 phone calls and several emails to return the item for which I had to pay and organise myself. Then had to send a further email chasing up refund. Customer service is a shambles when they answer the phone.”
