“These shoes are WAY too stiff and sharp on the edges. In order to break them in will definitely take a lot of effort and time. Even with socks on around the house, they cut into my feet, and they are painful to wear been seated.
On top of that, even though I prepaid for duties, I was charged $85 upon delivery for additional delivery charges in Canada. Canadians, do not order these shoes. Even though it says they ship to Canada, they pre charge for duties and then they use UPS, who charges for delivery.”

Sorry to hear that! Happy to issue a refund for what you paid for the additional delivery charge. We set it up so that you should pre-pay for duties ahead of time and shouldn't have to pay extra. Very sorry about that! I'll be emailing you in a bit in hopes you can let me know what happened and so we can fix what we can on our end. We're a small business and we're always looking to improve.
Also, we know breaking them in is quite a commitment and our favorite tip for this is to wear them with wet feet and letting them dry. The moisture speeds up the process. Hope to chat soon!
