“I was seeking a comfortable, airy sandal for my birthday trip to San Diego. The quality of the product and great reviews drew me to the City Slipper. The only issue was I leave in four days. So I contacted support and got in touch with Beth, who was a dream to work with. She was able to expedite my order and get it to me with a day to spare! I followed their instructions to break them in and they were comfortable enough to wear all four days in San Diego.
