“I had a small issue with a previous pair and receive the most excellent customer service in getting me a replacement. I was blown away by the level of service provided!
For breaking them in... I followed the directions and wore a pair of socks with these for the first few days. The first day they seemed like they might be a size too small but they very quickly packed out to fit perfectly. I've had zero issues breaking them in, they are so comfortable and already my go-to pair of shoes.
