Hi Mark - Thank you very much for your comment. There is a simple fix for this! Zip up armor liner until you are about 4 -6 inches from all the way zipped up and then gently press on the top of liner to allow any air that is trapped inside to escape. Once the air has escaped, finish zipping up all the way. This method will allow you to use the armor inner liner as intended - and the result will be a totally flat, totally quiet protective layer. “This is the 3rd purchase of the liner, for our aging large dogs' beds. They seem to do the job for small dribbles. I've also dumped a little water on them to test and it looks like it will protect the bed stuffing.”
