Hi Anna, Thanks for following up and sorry for missing your original reply. I know we mentioned this in our first response, but we'd be happy to repair this item for you. How tightly are you securing the straps on the outside of the crate? Most crates have a horizontal bar about half way up that runs on all sides of the crate. We designed our straps to go over this bar, and to be pulled down securely, so that there isn't much strap available for a dog to go after. Maybe you could send a photo or two of how you have the straps set up so we can offer some suggestions/alterations to your setup.
