“Overall I had a very good experience with Molly Mutt. Customer Service-Some staff were friendlier than others. It did take a couple of extra calls/emails on my part to follow up on custom order request that I never heard back about even after a week plus. However it was the start of the busy holiday season so this may be the reason. Staff did inform me beforehand there may be slight delays on custom orders. Despite some minor delays at this the start of the process once the custom order request was clarified and finalized things quickly got back on track and every thing went very smoothly and as planned. Custom order of three items arrived within 3 weeks even during the busy holiday season. Items arrived within a couple days once shipped. Items were in perfect condition and well made of high quality materials and to my exact specifications. Fabric color Wild Horses looked as it did on website if not a tiny bit darker. So far pet has used the his new bed and bolster a little bit. May need to change to a softer comforter to place into Stuff Sack and Duvet. Now that I have gone through the Molly Mutt process I would confidently and happily buy from them again. I appreciate the service and customized pet bed options they offer and their commitment to the environment and pets!”

“The custom-made dog crate cover for our Newfoundland is a perfect match! We did adjust it a bit after receiving it to make the exact comfort zone for her at night. That was simple to do and our once very sloppy covering of her giant custom crate now looks so clean and tidy. We are very happy with it!”

“I've purchased several of these covers. They are excellent! Well worth the cost and the wait. I especially like the ability to request customed products! Prevents me from having to purchase the full bed which saves me a lot of money!!! I highly recommend them for all sizes of pets!!”
