“I bought the kit combo of the duvet, pillow and stuff sack. All items are excellent quality and I really enjoyed putting the bed together myself using an old bed topper that would have gone to the landfill!!! The dogs love it too. After looking around online for the perfect dog bed, turned out it was right under my nose the whole time! I will be a return customer!”

“We ordered two dog bed covers but they were too large. The colors and designs were beautiful and the covers seemed well made. However when we went to return them, the company wouldn’t return our requests on how to make use of their lower shipping rates. Reached out twice and never heard back. Poor customer service.”

Thank you very much for the kind words on our products and for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Most of our dog bed covers, armor and crate covers up to 36" will fit into a USPS flat rate envelope which costs less than $10 as long as the item(s) can fit inside of the special flat rate envelope. In that case there is no benefit in us sending return shipping labels. Thank you again for giving us your feedback!
