“This dog bed cover was my first purchase from MollyMutt. I bought two of them at the same time. I am extremely impressed with BOTH the quality of my customer experience AND the quality of the dog bed cover I purchased. Re the customer service, after I placed my order, I realized that my ApplePay account used an old shipping address. I called MollyMutt, expecting to have to navigate the typical automated phone switchboard and wait listening to bad muzak. None of that happened. The phone was immediately answered by a cheerful person who immediately corrected the error. Problem solved in less than a minute with zero hassle! Re the dog bed cover, wow, is it nice! The cotton fabric is thick and sturdy, while also being soft and pliable. I cut up an old memory foam mattress topper to use as the filling for my dog's new dog bed. MollyMutt's product description says that the bed cover is 5" thick. Two layers of memory foam measured 6". Even though I was overstuffing the bed, I had no problem neatly arranging the stuffing inside the cover and zipping it closed. I bought two of these dog bed covers. Once I got them stuffed and properly situated in the customary bed locations, my dogs (two 80 lb labs) immediately settled into them and slept contentedly through the night. I love the colors of these two bed covers. The colors of the beds I received look identical to the colors shown on the web site. I like how they are not overly bright. They quietly exist within the room and do not command attention. Based on my positive experience, I would not hesitate to return to MollyMutt in the future if the store carries something I need.”
