“Been waiting for weeks and have emailed twice with no response. This was a Christmas gift for my mom and unfortunately she won’t be getting them. They sounded quite nice. I was also charged twice for 12 days. Finally one of the charges was removed. Not happy!”

“While the website shows Christmas discounts, and even shows a 7 day countdown to Christmas, your order will not arrive in time for Christmas! I placed my order on Dec 7, the package didn't get cleared in China until 12/17, was not shipped until 12/21, and is currently on a plane to Memphis, TN, USA. The package must first clear US customs before it is released to be shipped in the US. The earliest my package might arrive would be 12/28. Mommesilk should have told me my order was shipping from China and would not make it in time for Christmas. I find their website Christmas discount and Christmas countdown deceptive.”

“I wish I could review the product I ordered 11/27/20. But seeing as how it has never arrived, I have never been notified it is even about to be shipped (although they were mighty quick to confirm my order), I can't get a response to emails, texts, facebook, or phone calls (no answer at all), I don't think I will ever be able to review it!!! Disgusted.”

“So I tried a custom order - sent my correct measurements and what I got was a garment two sizes too big for me that I cannot wear. Momme Silk will not take responsibility telling me they made the garment correctly. They added over FOUR and almost five inches to my measurements which is not correct sizing. They refuse to fix the problem. I offered to send them measurements for the finished garment size to help them make something I can actually wear. I am beyond disappointed. They have refused to exchange the pyjamas and instead offered me $15. This is ridiculous. The customer service is terrible and the clearly don't know how to cut garments for custom sizing. So angry and disappointed.”

“Just received my pillowcase and ran it through several tests for authentic silk. Results? This pillowcase appears to be anything but 100% silk, as it failed the ring test, the sheen test (shiny on one side, dull on the other) and the thread burning test (melted like polyester vs. burning like naturally-derived fiber). Please stop claiming these are 100% silk, because they are not!”

“After putting on my new pillow sip and mask for a nap I awoke after the most amazing, deepest sleep I think I’ve had in years, and that is a true miracle as since being a mother of 2 I never sleep deeply. Whatever that combination of silk, mask etc... what you have created has been truly most amazing sleep experiences I’ve had in years and I don’t say this lightly. (And your packaging was nice too :) Thank you so much!”
