“For clear face & neck skin, shiny hair, sleep on silk pillowcases. The trick is never sleep twice on one surface, so you have to turn your pillow/case over the 2nd day. Change into a newly washed pillowcase on day 3. (Everyone drools at night if you breathe the proper way, i.e. inhale through nostrils & exhale through mouth). Downside is Silk pillowcases HAVE to be hand-washed & hung to dry. I use painted white wire hangers from a dollar store (5 fr $2) as wooden hangers stain silk. I don't mind the hanger crease on the pillowcase. I sleep just on pillowcases to prevent double chins! Mommesilk is a great company to deal with. Excellent Customer Service: Sarah at hello@mommesilk.com & their silk is way superior to other companies that are so much in the news because of advertising. They have just put out a silk filled duvet & the Xinjiang cotton is purchased frm small farmers, not big growers who use forced Uyghurs' labour by the Chinese Govt. Read about Big Business using forced Uyghur labour: https://www.business-humanrights.org/en/china-83-major-brands-implicated-in-report-on-forced-labour-of-ethnic-minorities-from-xinjiang-assigned-to-factories-across-provinces-includes-company-responses. Even with the current exchange rates, their pricing, is way lower than others available in Canada.”
