“Best waterproof eye shadow hands down! - I have bought the most expensive and what is supposed to be the most waterproof eye shadow from everywhere including Sephora and Ulta. This is by far the best. I used to be addicted to eyeshadow but I have nerve damage in my right eye from a virus that makes it water continuously. My eyelid on the inside corner is always wet.
