“Jury is still out. - The reason for the 3 stars is I am not sure if I truly like the semi permanent eyebrow gel. The color is not what I expected and I think that with a bit more practice I will like it better.

“The best brow product and color! - I purchased the Stay Put Waterproof Gel Brow Balm in the shade 'Blonde'. I had an allergic reaction to having my eyebrows permanently done due to alopecia and I have red/pink skin that is very noticeable. I have tried other products (some good, some bad), but could not get the color right. The Blonde shade is cool with a touch of green that cancels out the red/pink skin. It truly looks terrific and lasts all day. It gets the 5 stars from me, but I would rather give it 10 stars. Thank you. Hope M.”
