The new formula seems creamier and it does stay put all day, so it seems it will not dry out. My favorite color is Elsa, looks great with my skin tone. (light skin, blonde hair) I also used Crystal with Anna, and that has a really pretty look on the eyes. The pink icing color just gives a bit of shimmer, but the color is too pale in my opinion. Overall, I am really pleased with these and use them everyday as my eye shadow. I look put together and it is much faster than your typical eye shadow to apply.”
“I'm a fan - I am a fan of very bold gel eyeliner and although the purple shade I ordered is pretty it does not give me the boldness I wanted. I do however use it over my darker eyeliner to give my eyes a hint of purple so I definitely will keep it.”
